Welcome to Brokerkit's AI Assist, designed to aid real estate brokers in creating content for recruiting and retaining agents. Here's everything you need to know:

1. What is AI Assist?

AI Assist is an innovative feature that uses generative AI to help you create high-quality content, from email responses to agent recruitment pitches. This feature leverages GPT - 4 from OpenAI but it has been given context that it is a real estate broker focused on recruiting and retaining agents which ChatGPT does not have.

AI Assist is preset with knowledge specific to the real estate broker industry, ensuring tailored responses. It recognizes variables like agent details and can format email subject lines.

2. Accessing AI Assist

• Integration with Editor: Wherever you spot the text editor in Brokerkit, you can use AI Assist. Look for the AI Assist icon to begin.

3. Initiating the Content Generation Process

1. Open the Pop-Up: Click the AI icon to open a dialog box.

2. Input Your Request: Here, you'll see a free-form text box. You can:

   1. Please select one of the prompts in the prompt library and then customize it for your needs

   2. Type in any request, such as "Craft an email for a new agent in real estate school" or "Write a reminder for an upcoming meeting."

3. Click "Generate Text": Once satisfied with your request, hit this button. 

4. View the Response: The generated content will appear below in a neatly formatted Markdown style. This allows for easy content structuring.

4. Tweaking the Generated Content

1. Not Satisfied? Regenerate: If the initial response doesn’t quite hit the mark, press “Regenerate.” The system will return your original request and try to give a varied output.

2. Modify the Prompt: To make minor adjustments, hit “Revise Prompt.” Your initial request will appear, which you can edit as needed. This feature ensures you maintain context while tweaking your request.

3. Want to Start fresh? Choose “New Prompt.” This option completely erases prior context, and you can start a new conversation with the AI from scratch.

5. Inserting Content

Once you're pleased with the generated content:

1. Click "Insert": This will place the AI-generated content into the Text editor you were initially working on.
   • If it's an HTML editor, you'll get HTML content.
   • If it’s a Text editor, it will provide plain text content.

6. Knowledge Base & Customizations

The AI comes preloaded with specific knowledge and formats for the real estate broker industry. When crafting emails, it’s also designed to add a subject line automatically.

Moreover, it understands certain variables like:

• Agent’s Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Company, Volume
• Referrer’s and Sender’s details
• And more!

7. Usage Monitoring

Every piece of content you generate consumes tokens. Always monitor:

• Token Count: This represents the computational cost for the generated content. 
• What is a token?  An AI token is roughly a word and is a unit of text that the AI reads and processes. In the context of the AI model, a token can be as short as one character or as long as one word (e.g., "a" or "apple"). Tokens are the building blocks the model uses to interpret and generate text, and the number of tokens in a request affects the cost and limitations of an API call.

Different Brokerkit plans have varied token limits. Ensure you're within your plan’s range to use AI Assist smoothly.

9. Important Notice

AI-generated output can sometimes be misleading or inaccurate. Please always review and refine as needed.
