Excluding a Label from your search results

Making a negative search to search for the opposite of a filter selection

In some cases, it is helpful to be able to exclude certain labels from your search. Here is a quick way to accomplish that in the current iteration of Brokerkit:

Creating an anti-label

Let's say you want to find all leads without the label "under 1m."

001 Excluding Label from Search Results Article

1. Go to the Labels tab and create a new label titled "NOT under 1m" or "over 1m." This will act as a placeholder and negative search label, so you can use any title you will remember.

002 Excluding Label from Search Results2. Next, go to your Leads page, select all of your leads, and apply your new label as a bulk action.

003 Excluding Label from Search Results3. Now, you will want to clear your previous search and search for the original label "under 1m" in Advanced Search Options

004 Excluding Label from Search Results4. Remove the anti-label (NOT under 1m) with another bulk action for all leads that appear in the search results.

005 Excluding Label from Search ResultYou can now filter using the new negative search label you created to see all leads that do not fit the original label!
