Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting us at support@getbrokerkit.com.
Before you cancel, we suggest starting a trial with the service you intend to replace Brokerkit with and logging notes in both for a week. The best CRM for your needs is the one you use, and this tends to be the best way to discover which is best for you.
Finally, if the recruiter, broker, or team leader has left, please reach out to us. We have special options for these situations, including pausing vs. canceling the account, which will ease the transition, allow their replacement to evaluate their options, and allow them to pick back up where their predecessor left off with the data and history intact.
