We know it's easy to get off task with everything you need to get done in a day. That's why we send your Admin and Staff level users Daily Recruiting Agenda and Daily Retention Agenda emails every morning so they have an at-a-glance guide to what they need to tackle.
New Lead Notification Emails
Time is crucial when responding to leads - whether they're potential home buyers or recruits. That's why anytime a new lead is referred to your team on Brokerkit; a notification is sent to all Admin and Staff level users.
Since lead routing is complex and oftentimes more research is needed to determine who should follow up, we leave this to your team to determine and assign an owner. The best practice is to have a "point person" who is responsible for receiving and assigning new leads.
Deactivating Emails
If, for any reason, you need to turn off those e-mails, you can.
In Brokerkit, click your name in the upper-right-hand corner and select User Settings from the drop-down menu. Then, go to Notifications tab, uncheck the Recruiting Agenda Emails and Retention Agenda Emails or the New Lead Notification Emails and click Update Notifications.
