Replies in Brokerkit are not supported... yet. Our engineering team is working on it and it will be available soon. Please, vote here for this idea and you will be notified when it is deployed.
As a workaround for now when you get replies, you'll want to add an Email Note where you can copy and paste the response and set a new follow-up date.
