Can I add reminders or follow ups within campaigns?
By design, Brokerkit keeps follow-ups and Smart Campaigns separate. When developing Brokerkit, we looked at the CRMs our clients were using and found that if the CRM was automatically setting a follow-up, the task was less likely to get accomplished. Virtually every system that used automatically set follow-ups was backed up to the point of being unusable.
We recommend that, while you're applying a Smart Campaign to leads either individually or en masse, you also go ahead and set a follow-up date.
