Brokerkit is happy to integrate with incredible platforms like SmartSetter® to automatically add new leads to your Brokerkit account for follow-up. To do this, SmartSetter will set up Zapier to automatically push new leads from appointments set by SmartSetter® to your Brokerkit account, utilizing the Acuity app.
Your Acuity account is set up on your behalf by your SmartSetter® Account Manager during your campaign onboarding. Be sure to reach out to your AM if you’re unsure of your Acuity account login before getting started with the Zapier setup.
The next step is to ensure that you communicate with your SmartSetter Campaign Manager to get Zapier set up. Once this is done, leads will be pushed into Brokerkit automatically! When an appointment is created, you will be able to search for that contact in Brokerkit by name or by selecting the "SmartSetter" option from the "Source" dropdown in Brokerkit. You can also add source-based campaign triggers to automatically trigger campaigns on new contacts created with the source SmartSetter to automate your outreach and follow up with your new recruiting leads.
