Adding Leads from Indeed to follow up in Brokerkit

There are three ways to easily bring in leads from a variety of job boards, including Indeed!

Option 1 - Bulk Import from Indeed

  • Once you have a contact's information from Indeed, you can easily upload their information into the system in bulk by following our easy upload instructions here.
  • To export your Indeed contacts in bulk, you can follow the Indeed help article here and then put the information in the leads template in the aforementioned Brokerkit help article.

Option 2 - Using Brokerkit Landing Pages

  • You can link your Brokerkit Landing page to your Indeed job posting, and when leads enter their contact details on this page, they will automatically be added to Brokerkit!
  • To learn more about setting up your landing page, you can review the help article here.
  • You can also set up a trigger for leads coming from your landing pages to automatically send campaigns to these contacts!

Option 3 - Manually Create Contacts

To manually add leads, follow the steps below:

1. To manually add a contact, you can use the Add Lead Button on the Today View.

Pro Tips

  • If you notice any email addresses that have an alias (such as an @indeed domain), you can add that in the email field, as these are forwarded to the candidate's email address. You can also then click "Save," and you are all set!
  • When you add Indeed to the "Source" section on a candidate's profile in Brokerkit, you can then search on the Indeed source to show only candidates from Indeed by selecting it from the "Source" dropdown in the "Show advanced options" button below the search bar.
  • You can set up triggers for the Indeed source to automatically schedule campaigns for contacts in your Brokerkit account with the source set as Indeed.
