Using mentions aka tagging is a good way to notify your team about specific tasks, appointments, or let them know what should be done.
From Recruiting screen, select a contact to open their profile; mentions will work on following sections:
- Appointments
- Log Appointments
- Tasks
- Note: Call, Text, Email and Sticky Note
From Retention screen, select a contact to open their profile; mentions will work on following sections:
- Tasks
- Note: Call, Text, Email and Sticky Note
Adding a Mention
To add a Mention, open the section where you want to mention someone and type @ sign. After that action, a list of your team members will be displayed. You can start typing a name and users who match with those characters will be listed, then you can select the user you want to tag and save the information.
Receiving Bell and Email Notification from Mentions
When tagged with a mention, you will receive an email and bell showing the user who tagged you and the comment.
- Email
- Clicking the "View Comment" button opens a window and directs you to the contact profile where you were mentioned.
- Bell Notification
- Click on the contact name to be directed to the item where you were mentioned
