Notification Center
Notification Center is where you will find alerts related to email and text engagement.
A bell icon will indicate when there is a new activity to review. The number next to the bell icon indicates how many unread notifications there are.
Notification Center is visible for both screens, Recruiting and Retention.


Below is the view of the Notification Center modal:
Notification Center groups notifications by day, putting the most recent at the top.

Unread/ Read
Notifications with a green circle to the right indicate they haven't been opened yet. Once you open a notification, it will display a light gray outer circle to show it has been read.
Viewing Read Notifications
By default, the toggle in the top right corner filters your view:
- Blue toggle: Shows only unread notifications
- Gray toggle: Shows both unread and read notifications in chronological order
To keep notifications in your queue after viewing them, make sure the toggle is set to gray. This will prevent them from disappearing when you open them.
Managing Notification Status
- Mark as unread: If you've opened a notification but want to review it later, you can mark it as unread to keep it visible in your queue
- Mark all as read: Click "Mark all as read" to clear all unread notifications at once

When you click on the notification, you will be guided to the contact profile to see recent activity and the notification will be marked as read.

Filters
Filter notifications by:
- Source: Email, Text or All

Notifications Settings
Open Notifications Settings in two ways:
- By clicking on your name > User Settings > Notifications
- Directly from Notification Center by clicking on “gear” icon


Customize notifications:
- Bell: In app alert with new activity in Notification Center modal
- Email: receive an email with notification

Please Note:
- Email engagement tracking
- Email engagement tracking is only available for bulk, blast, or campaign emails.
- When you send an email directly from the contact profile in recruiting or retention, it is sent directly from your Google or Microsoft account, where engagement tracking is unavailable.
- Text engagement tracking
- Receive notifications on text engagements: link clicks, replies, and unsubscribe attempts.
- Important: The Notification Center does not send notifications when campaign emails or texts are sent out. It only tracks engagement after delivery. For tracking when campaign communications are sent, consider adding task steps to your campaigns that can provide alternative notification methods.
