The visibility of certain tabs and menu items in Brokerkit depends on your user role. Here's a breakdown of what each role can access:

Admin Role: Full access to all features

Staff Role: Includes nearly all the privileges of an Admin, except access to access these screens:

  • Data
  • Billing
  • User Management
  • Landing Page Customization
  • Account Settings

Agent Role: Limited access, primarily for making referrals and viewing referred agents' progress. Agents can also mention (@) admin/staff users in notes to log updates as described here.

Affiliate Role: Similar to the Agent role, it is used for external partners like vendors or agents from other offices. Affiliates can also mention (@) admin/staff users in notes as described here

If you're missing access to a screen like Data, it’s likely because you have a Staff or Agent role, which restricts certain permissions.

Solution: To access these restricted areas:

  1. Contact your account's admin and ask them to act (like an upload) for you.
