A big aspect of any powerhouse CRM is the ability to quickly segment your data to find the right agent or group of agents to receive your message. Thankfully, Brokerkit gives you plenty of ways to narrow your target audience.
From the Recruiting or Retention screen, click the Search bar.
If you need an exact match, put your search in "quotes" to pull only exactly what you've typed.
Leaving the bar empty and pressing enter will search for all your leads in the Recruiting or Retention menu, depending on which side of Brokerkit you're currently working on.
You can also search for names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, office IDs, or agent IDs. If you want an exact match on a company name, add it also in quotes like "Keller Williams."
📝 Note: If you're having trouble identifying whom you're texting with, reply to the text with ? who to get information texted to you or find them with the Engagement filter.
Search is great when you need to find a specific lead; most of the time, you'll be narrowing your audience for bulk email, smart campaigns, or laser-focused cold calling. Under the Search bar, click Show Advanced Options.
Under Show Advanced Options, we have a variety of filters to help you refine your search and find the right audience:
- Owner
- Referrer
- Production Value
- Production
- Status
- Source
- Rating
- Company
- Type
- Campaigns – This filter shows contacts currently associated with a campaign, regardless of whether they have finished it or not, as long as it hasn't been removed from their profile.
- City
- Labels
- Referred
- Task Due Date
- Last Activity
- Last Appt
- Birthday On
- Engagement (more detail here)
- Labels (more detail here)
Most of these do exactly what you'd expect, and each option you select narrows your search parameters more and more. For example, searching by city enables you to search based on a geographic region and specify multiple cities in a given state.
If you're targeting high-producing agents at brokerages you know have a high split, you'd use Production Value or Production and Company. If you want to share an agent's recent success story with all the leads they've referred to entice them, you'd use Referrer.
One important thing to keep in mind is that under each category, you can select as many or as few options as you'd like. If you'd like to see everyone with a production label of Mid (1/2 Cap for KW) or less, you'd select Mid (1/2 Cap for KW), Low (1/4 Cap for KW), New, In School, and Not Licensed.
